1. What we collect

Only what you submit in the forms: name, phone, email, message and request context (budget, goal, property). Technical data (IP, browser) is used for anti-spam only and is not stored.

2. Why

Request handling: a call or messenger reply within 15 minutes, property sourcing, sending the PDF guide. One archive email per month, one-click unsubscribe.

3. Who gets it

Nobody. Requests live in the agency’s secured mailbox and restricted-access CRM. Developers receive your data only after you approve booking a specific lot.

4. Retention & deletion

Stale requests are deleted after 12 months. Deletion requests go to hello@vina-estate.example — executed within 72 hours.

5. Cookies

Two technical cookies: chosen currency and language. Analytics (Yandex Metrica) runs anonymized with IP masking.

6. Your rights

Request a copy of your data, correct or delete it, revoke consent — anytime via hello@vina-estate.example.
